Hello!

I’m a final year student at Bits Pilani – Goa Campus. I'm working as a research fellow at the University of Amsterdam for my bachelor thesis under the supervision of esteemed researcher Dr. Rajat Mani Thomas. Together we are trying to solve radiative transfer equation and simulate it using modern deep learning techniques.

From the very first year of my college life, I'm fascinated by Deep learning and I am looking to pursue a career in this domain. In my relatively young career, I have developed an interest in field of NLP and speech language processing. I am also interested in the domains of cognitive neuroscience and Human computer interaction. However, I don't want to limit myself to just these domains and I am open to explore other domains as well.

News

  • [January, 2022] Joined Serket-tech as a research and development intern for a period of six months. During this duration, I will be working on advanced deep learning based multi-object tracking and action recognition methods.
  • [July, 2021] Joined University of Amsterdam as a research assistant under the supervision of Dr. Rajat Mani Thomas. My work here will focus on optimising the computational runtime of radiative transfer simulations using deep learning.
  • [April, 2020] My team at Abilitare competed in the Big Idea Competition held at University of Florida and bagged a prize money of $25000. We developed a head-operated mouse for people with hand disabilities and helped them operate their computers like normal users. Read more.
  • [December, 2020] Joined Abilitare (Formerly Brainforce), an early-stage startup founded by the students of University of Florida and became one of the first members to join their team. I'll spend next six months working with them to develop a prototype for their idea.
